I currently teach Forest Rock-based Shi Ba Shi, Ba Duan Jin, Five Element, and Heaven to Earth Qigong, all of which are medically based practices.

Personally, I've experienced significant benefits in my mental and physical health through these forms, and I am excited to share them with you.
